Shipping policy

Overview

Upon receiving the order, Himalayan Gift Mart will take 2-3 business days to package the items and complete order for shipment. Shoppers will receive an email confirming their order is being processed. We shall handoff the package to a third party shipping or trucking company. Upon handoff, shoppers will receive another email to confirm their package has been shipped. The email will contain the order details and tracking information provided by the shipping or trucking company. Shoppers can monitor and track the shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
